The table top and base need to be assembled on delivery day, it’s a very simple process and the driver will do this with your assistance.

I have always advised against placing very hot items on the surface, warm plates are unlikely to cause damage however a placemat would be a sensible choice.

To maintain a natural finish the surface of your table is treated with the best impregnating sealer on the market, however I would recommend to wipe spills within 10 mins and keep clean to avoid stains. A high performance topical sealer is available on request for heavily used tables.

The surface will never crack unless subjected to extreme heat or adverse pressure, this should not happen under normal usage conditions. Chips and scratches are extremely rare however a heavy or sharp object could cause damage. For peace of mind we offer an onsite repair service if required.

Our lead time from order is usually 8-10 weeks, this can change in busy periods however we will work closely with you to ensure your project is completed on schedule if your requirements need to be adjusted.

We use a courier for all deliveries, over the years we have built close relationships with the drivers and in turn have created a smooth fulfillment process. The knowledge of our product helps them to ensure your table is delivered and installed, damage free and time managed to your specification. Delivery of such large items is expensive so to minimize this cost the driver will need to be assisted on delivery day. If you are unable to provide assistance we can arrange an assistant to accompany them for a small additional charge.

No! I would not recommend Micro-Cement for outdoor use. Beware of companies offering garden furniture using this product. Stick to GFRC or cast concrete for this application.

Pretty much yes! We are doing mainly grey and white currently but you can choose from a wide range of colours to suit your taste.

Our usual maximum size is 3m x 1.2m, we have made larger sizes however the raw materials needed can be unpredictable in their availability. Please email us if your dimensions are not available for your chosen product.

I have made over 800 tables since 2015. 99% of them have been suitable for their intended use and have performed to expectations. Yes I’m nearly perfect!! However I have had to replace some of our table tops to ensure my customers are 100% happy (blown away). My approach to sales has always been honest and personal and I will tailor a product that is suitable to your needs. Our care instructions will give you the knowledge to maintain the surface of your table and if you follow this advice your table can last for many years. I also offer a refinishing service which can be completed on-site, you can have brand new finish and even change the colour whenever your mood changes. I have never had to offer a written guarantee in order to sell my tables but feel free to call me for a chat if you need further reassurance.
